Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped via Yamato, SF and DHL. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them. Please send us a return request to our email mentioned below. It must be done within 14 days of original shipment date. We do not accept any return requests after 14 days of delivery. Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. We reserve the right to reject returns violating our Return Policy. Please follow the guidelines below.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless a defective item is delivered to you.
- Please provide us with a tracking number for a returning package to our e-mail intl@thisisneverthat.com.
- Please mark outside of the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods.

How to return

- Fill out the returns form and enclose the completed returns form with your goods.
- Please return your goods to the address below.

(International returns must be covered by the customer.
We suggest using your local postal service or a courier.
If returns are picked-up by us or buyer sends them as "bill-to-receiver", we will deduct the return shipping fee from the total refund amount.)

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange one item for another or a different size, you must return the original item first and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual return policy.

Refunds

Payments will be refunded back on to your Paypal account, allow up to 5 working days for processing upon receipt of your item and 4 working days for the refund to clear into your account. Please note the only the cost of the original item is refundable.
